Inspired by where I come from ♡
Alongside my love for baking, Morocco also plays an important part in the story of 48 BAKES. Its colours, culture, warmth and small details are a constant source of inspiration. Because I visit regularly, I keep discovering new ideas, flavours and visual influences that find their way into my creations in subtle and personal ways.
The name 48 BAKES also carries a piece of my background. 48 refers to Oujda, the city I come from. It is a small detail with a very personal meaning, and a way of carrying my roots into something I have built for myself.
In that way, 48 BAKES brings two worlds together: my love for baking and the inspiration of a place that will always be part of me. ♡
